Although, I did like those Lucky Dogs. Mmm...
The last time I spent any time in Nawlins (or as I say, NO-LA) was a couple of months after Katrina, although I've made three or fours trips over to Waveland & Bay St. Louis, MS. I'm heading over there a week from today for a short visit with my aunts, an uncle, a dozen or so cousins along with their children, and grandkids.
We all head up to Laurel, MS for a family get-together on 12/29. To me, it's really funny hold the get-together there, since none of the family lives there anymore. I feel that I really need to attend this one since I ducked out of the last one in Aug 06 by attending Ric's 75 Anniversary.
