Back to the original topic, it seems like a legit question, and I don't know what the official word will be, but I figure there'll be a certain amount of horse-trading going on. I'll probably have a thing or two for sale or trade, unless a kibosh comes down.

The Ric "Confluences" have been more of a literal Guitar Show than a Swap Meet thus far, put it that way.

What better place than to do it, though, the gear is there, you know the seller, I know I'll have my checkbook / debit card / AMEX (IF I come...)

I think we'll need to be fairly circumspect about this; I'd really rather not have to set up any "rules" about this or involve the hotel in any way.

Let's keep the horsetrading and exchanging of cash out of the direct confluence area. There's plenty of hotel rooms and other more private areas where this can be done.

In any case, there certainly won't be any "dealer" activities, new or vintage, permitted as part of this event other than possibly some company sponsored or sanctioned enterprise.

"company sponsored or sanctioned enterprise"

John....how about for the poor, pitiful (such as myself) who can't make it in person? ANY chance for RIC Web site purchases?
