Whenever I have requested one it has been sent out to me pretty quickly. My overall experience in dealing with folks at the RIC factory has been very positive.

As stated above I did have a hard time getting a catalogue (I never did get one in the mail, despite a confirming email), but I've also been in contact with Customer Service at RIC and they've been outstanding. Quick response, accurate info, friendly tone, and genuinely happy to hear how pleased I am with my purchase, I'd give them 8.5 out of 10 in customer relations, it would be 10 out of 10 if I'd gotten the catalogue in the mail. On the other hand, maybe I put my address in wrong or something!

I tried twice using the online form without sucess and I live in Ohio.
