Hi Wes,

How do you like the TI strings compared to RIC standard set for 12v64????

I like the TI flats a lot more. The flats really make the guitar, they just feel right. Pick up the custom 12 string set from Chris over at Pick of the Ricks and you won't be sorry.

No burst here........ black as the ace of spades!! Still my favourite - along with the 350v63s. A very recent pic......

Take no notice of the Strats - they're blow-ins. Well..... no they're not....... well, yes they are...... well, no they're not! Just like underpants, you're allowed to stock more than one brand, aren't you?? :D
Nice one Aitch!! :D

I'd like one in JG, as well as one in the following shade:

I also absolutely love my 360/12 V64 (2001 in FireGlo). I found this gem on eBay earlier this year. I find this model very comfortable in size and weight. The previous owner replaced the original bridge with a 12-saddle bridge. I replaced the original nut with the better-spaced 12-string nut, and this really improved the playability. The V64 also seems to have a more acoustic, "airy" sound (which I love) as compared to a modern 360/12, 24-fret model. I think the wider-spaced toasters play a role in what I would describe as a more "well-rounded" tone when both pickups are engaged. It makes a great companion for my 370/12 RM.
