Carla Olson had an Azureglo 620 with checker board binding that was very cool...tom

I could be wrong, but the 620 in that picture of May Chapin-Carpenter looks like it is Azureglo not Midnightblue.

I'm sorry. I meant more of a blue burst. The outside edges seem darker than the inside. Or maybe it's just me.

Chapin's is indeed a blue-burst, a present I made for her. It's a shaded Midnite overcoat without the silver undercoat.

Now that's a present John. Thanks for making this correction. This certainly explains the terrific shading.
