40,000th Post In Others
Re: 40,000th Post In Others
Yep, it's pretty nice here in Northern Montana today, 75 now, supposed to hit 80.
Then, rain tomorrow...
Then Snow on Friday...
Ah well, that's spring time in Montana...

Um, yeah, it's pretty nice here. Sorry all you northern scum, I mean, friends
Re: 40,000th Post In Others
It was 87 °F in Santa Ana yesterday, six degrees from the record. The day before that, it was 98 °F. Today, it's back to a more normal low 70s.
I don't really miss snow.

I think I would be very happy living somewhere where I would never have to see or shovel another flake of snow again, ever. It's been cold here all day, even though the sun is shining. They say it's supposed to get up to 57 tomorrow, and it will feel like a heat wave. I am tired of freezing. I pine for the ocean and warm sunny beaches.... (cue up "A Thousand Miles Away" again, LOL!)

Yes.... Even my polar bear husband is sick of the weather here. For the first time ever we are beginning to seriously consider moving to a warmer climate.... but the current economic times make the thought of moving a rather scary prospect.

Sunny, low humidity, and in the mid-70's in La-La-Land the day after the mini-heat wave in the 90's. Mid to high 60's under sunny skies through Sunday. I dig Chamber of Commerce weather.......Goofyfoot.

I just can't fathom why people live where it snows.... such an alien concept to me.
Re: 40,000th Post In Others
Gerry: We live in snow so that when the temperature rises to 70 degrees Celsius we think it's warm.
Life, as with music, often requires one to let go of the melody and listen to the rhythm

Personally, I think it's getting pretty darned hot when it hits 70F (21C)...
