I saw vintage one with gold anodized, and another one recently, could have been a Marcus Miller. They do look cool.
WDMusic has a simulated gold anodized blank, not sure if the brushing goes in the right direction for a Ric guard, or if it's even large enough.

There was a thread about gold anodized pickguards on TB a while back, but the only lead I gleaned from the threads was McMaster-Carr. They are a metal supplier, but then you are looking at laser cutting perhaps, so you need to have a good relationship with a fabricator.
