Super cool 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) - looks like the progeny of a tele and a '61 Epi Wilshire! How does it play and sound Brian?

That's cool, Brian. I like the way the knobs are well back behind the bridge.

Evan,

It can sound like a Gibson or a Strat if you can believe that. The neck is slim and smooth as butter. The pups are so responsive to the minimalist approach they used for controls. I fell in love with it on sight and once I played it.............well it was game over.

With very little effort you can go from a super clean P90 sound (roll off the volume - mid position both pups activated) then migrate to replicate a SRV neck pup sound or if you prefer you can turn up the volume and stride to the front of the pack with a Gary Moore like lingering sustain. In the treble pup position it can be made to emulate Jimmy Page. This is all through a Vox AC30VR btw.

It's a very versatile guitar.

Kira,

I suspect that people who have a love hate relationship with Strats because they hit the volume control when the play, would love this guitar.

This has been fun.............I wonder if my wife will let me buy another guitar next week so we can play this game again? Nah! I bet not. I might be pushing my luck a bit.

THe strat positioning is good for people who do a lot of swells, but it's a knuckle buster for me.
