As I'm remembering the 75th, Dale was playing the instrument he made for his daughter (granddaughter?) that Jeff posted the picture of. Anyone else remember this?

I have had dealings with Dale.....he does great work, but, he is EXTREMELY difficult to get in touch with.
Best of luck getting ANY reply from him...........
NICE guitar, by the way!!

Dale got back to me!
Ok, so the guitar is about 7 years old. It was purchased by a good friend of Dale who also ordered a matching 12 string to go along with it. The guy fell into some hard times and had to sell the guitar.
Here's what Dale had to say about it.
"Now for the guitars construction:
2 piece Book matched solid Sitka Spruce top
2 piece solid African Mahogany body that was hollowed out then a neck/body block was glued in as a support for the neck tenon much like a Gibson 335.
Rosewood fingerboard @ a 25 inch fret scale with Abalone Diamond markers.
A 3 piece 1/4 sawn Maple neck with a Brazilian Rosewood veneer peghead overlay.
Kluson replica tuning machines, bone top nut, Dunlop frets @ .085 W by .045 H
Both pickups are Gibson P-90s, Switchcraft 3 way toggle, CTS 250K pots, Switchcraft output jack. The bridge and tailpiece I build from aluminum then polish them to look like nickle plating.
Celluloid binding on both the neck and body. A 3 color Nitrocellulos Lacquer finish with 6 top coats of clear Nitro Lacquer.
The pickguard was made from a multi layer vinyl plastic of black and white."
The tail piece and bridge was hand machined out of aluminum !
I love this thing. I'm glad so much love went into it.
