Wait till you see the bill in your mailbox, newbies on these CDs foot the costs.
Oh no problem. I'll just get out the ol' check book. I write 'em on rubberized paper so they'll bounce real nicely, of course!

Hey Mark,
I had a great idea for the next cover. How about a 3d cover?
Here is an Andy Warhol Rickenbacker
Cheers

HA! That would be interesting - we could include a set of 3D glasses with every disc.

So is it correct to leave (Moonlight) on, or is that redundant?

How about a scratch and sniff cover, where you get that same odour of old guitar/case!
Not that my Ricks are old, they are from the 90's!

John Williams and John Simmons would go for that.

Aaah, the old case smell. The equivalent of new car smell for me. I particularly get that with my '68 bass & case. I wonder if the old finish on the bass has something to do with it - other cases that I've kept that bass in seem to have acquired that same smell.

No leave it on there. Its cool! I usually refer to the song as "moonlight" as if you say its gaelic name to most folks they go "Huh!"

¡Finito! Endgültigkeit! 結局! fin! גמר! Окончательность! That's all she wrote! Elvis has left the building! and what have you.

The album is done and in the duping process! Shipment should arrive in 1-2 weeks. Here's a sneak peek at the album cover:

I think you guys are really going to like the tunes - great diversity of music like the first two albums. Thanks again to all who submitted!

Next up - digital distribution! And I would encourage any or all who want to hype this and the first two CDs on blogs, other forums, Facebook, Myspace, links to your own pages etc, to start spreading the word. The more exposure, the better, of course.

A big fat thanks again to Peter who not only funded this project and helped a great deal in the creative process, but keeps this site up & running for all of us to enjoy and stay connected on all things Rickenbacker!
