No, but I had to reload Windows a wek or so ago. That might have something to do with it. I'll send you one and we'll see if your reply comes through.

Otherwise, try my work one - howard @ uniware dot com dot au or Hotmail - bishop_howard @ hotmail dot com.

Aitch,
Anything yet on the 330?

According to the UPS web site, John, it was scanned in transit at the metropolitan depot in Melbourne at around 6am this morning. In theory it will be here today but hiccups do occur. Another day won't kill me! Image

I received your documents in the mail yesterday, too. Thank you very much for that. I haven't heard back from the bank, BTW.... now to go into attack mode!!

It's arrived! I have to say that I'm just a tad underwhelmed - it sure as heck needs the Scratch-X/Zymol treatment! There are some spots on the back where it looks like it's been rubbing against something and lots of buffing swirls on the top.

The worst thing is the top guard. It has a few scratches (one very noticeable) in the gold paint underneath. Don't know how I'm going to fix those up.

I'll go over it with a fine-toothed comb tonight (er.... not literally) and report back with some pics.

My sincerest thanks to the guy who did all the hard work over there for me - it was a supreme effort!

Glad it got there Aitch, sorry to hear about the issues. Maybe Paul can hook you up with a new guard?

Thanks, Alisha and John. I'll try to get some good pics of the guard and see if Paul has any suggestions.

Aitch, just let me send you a new set of guards. You can send back the old ones, and I'll recycle 'em if I can.

That's very, very kind of you, Paul! I may just pull it off and have a good (magnified) look anyway just to be certain that my eyes aren't deceiving me. It certainly doesn't look to be in the top surface of the guard. I'll email you with my observations if that's OK.

Howard, Congratulations! My 360 had some rough spots as well, but I gave it the Scratch X treatment and she shines now.

Thanks, Brian. I knew about the swirls already, so I'm not concerned. Anyway, the full treatment will give me the opportunity to run my hands all over those delicious curves and get to know it a lot better... LOL! Image

Congrats Howard! Delicious curves indeed! Glad to see quarantine wasn't longer than a couple of days.

Now you can sleep at night! Nice to hear it arrived safe and sound, just a little worse for wear from it's journey.

Congrats, Aitch! Glad to hear your guitar arrived in one piece, at least! Image

I'm sure the Scratch-X and Zymol treatment will do wonders for it, too! Enjoy! Image
