I have a BOSS drum machine that can be plugged into any amp. It can be set to play a pre-set pattern or played manually. I'll throw it into my gig bag just in case.

I had planned on bringing my RIC RB120.

It be would be cool to hook up a bass in Rick-O-Sound with the RIC RB120 and Gary's Ampeg BA115

I've heard that a couple of people have had problems making hotel reservations . . . only to find out that they were trying to make them at the DoubleTree Hotel/Santa Ana, Airport. It's really important to note that the hotel is the DoubleTree CLUB Hotel in Santa Ana. It's pretty confusing, especially since they're only about 100 yards apart.

You can stay at the other place if you like; it's a bit more upscale and priced accordingly, but it also doesn't have a pool which might be important if it's a typical August.

The heavy construction in the area manages to disturb both hotels fairly equally I think.

Sounds like Cleveland Heights, we have been getting lots of condos built in the past couple years, too many in fact for this area.

They are building three 25 story towers immediately behind us. They're mixed use, with retail stores, professional suites, and 800 units residential. Between these and many other high rise buildings which have gone up around us, it's made our property far too valuable to keep for manufacturing. Without doubt we'll be relocating out of here within 5 years, just as soon as some developer makes me an offer I can't refuse.

When the offer comes perhaps you could convince the developers to build something in the shape of a TRC, John. 'Significant historical site' sort of thing....... Image
