That is a fantastic bass....I just love the color. I recently admired an FL at the local dealer but fortunately for my marriage it was Jetglo

Here is a dumb question; the fretboard on the FL is just gorgeous but I wonder, do the strings chew it up (like they do frets)? I recall Jaco saying in an interview that he didn't practice with his fretless becasue the strings chewed the neck up...of course his wasn't designed as a fretless in the first place.
