I am being selfish... I know that i could get to Toronto...
The when is the real question... Is June (6 months away) soon enough?
A place where we could make noise would be good!

I agree with Steve on this, actually. While I really loved having the last one at Craig's, we were pushing it a bit with not even 20 attendees for space in the jam room, even though the backline gear and Graig were awesome. Toronto is located fairly (driving distance) close to many Canadian forum members, even from the states, so Ric content could be maximized. It is also Canada's central airport for those who would fly in. However, not many of us would fly with our Rics, which would mean relying on local Ric content for the meet.
The real question is how many would attend one this summer:
A) If held in Toronto?
B) If held in New Brunswick (Fredricton or Moncton so we could get Peter out to one!)?
C) If held in the West?
I can make any one of these three, but would only bring guitars to A or B (driving only).
Montreal would be great fun, but there are only two forumites that I know of in this area (low Ric content), and venues/hotel rooms to hold a meet here in June or July could get interesting due to the Comedy and Jazz festivals. That being said, the Montreal Guitar Show (SIMM) is being held July 9 to the 12th (during the Jazz festival). Jeff Beck is in town at that time as well.

Sorry but I could probably only meet in Toronto (or possibly Montreal in July/August) - me and my lonely 360/6. I have a friend though in Toronto too with a 370/6 and I could probably convince him to come.

Wow, a guy doesn't check out this fine for the past six, seven, maybe eight (nine?) months...and everything changes....or so it seems.
Isn't there some unspoken rule that each time one attends one of these Rickenbacker Confluences, they have to bring a "new" Rickbacker with them?
If that's the case, then I might have a case when it comes to getting a third Rick; at least that's what I'll tell The Wife (C).

Buy a can of auto spray and give one of them a 'facial', Mick............ nobody will notice.
