Mark,
Thanks for taking on this. If you need any help let me know.
What I'd like to do in addition to this CD, is have a record release CD party on my radio show. Maybe do some interviews, some recorded some call-in. And talk about the Rickenbacker guitar etc. My station streams, so anybody can listen.

Mark: You are always thinking. You have had many great ideas about the CDs. Long may they continue.

I wrote a few songs and recorded them, but I haven't copyrighted them. How do you do that?
Thanks.

Here you go, Brian. This is the website of the US Copyright office. You should be able to find the answers to most of your questions here. I believe they have PDFs of the forms that you can download, too.

I'm just putting the finishing touches to two new songs which I've written and recorded specifically for this project.
I really liked the RRF2 CD, but I thought there was definitely room for a bit more jangle, so my 360/12 features heavily on both of these new songs.
I hope you think they're good enough to be included.
Cheers.
Rob.

So am I. In fact, I just bought a new crash/ride cymbal today. All I can say it that I will be playing drums on my submission[s].

I'm so slow on the uptake I might have missed the deadline before noticing this was happening again...

I'll definitely send something before February...I've been a busy bee this year.
Thanks Mark and Peter!

Here's an offer, let me know if this is cool with you guys: I'm interested in checking out a Rick acoustic. If there's someone in the general area of northeast Ohio who wouldn't mind letting me play yours, I'd be glad to record something with it and submit it for the CD. I can bring recording gear if I need to. Thanks.
Jon
PS. I don't mind travelling some so even if you're not right next door to Akron, it won't hurt to ask.

Too bad you didn't mention this a couple weeks ago, Jon! Jason Mendelson stayed at my place for a couple days and he had his Rick 12 string acoustic with him!
