Maca is a natural Peruvian energy food, supposed to be good for the libido, have some here, tastes very good. I mix my maca with juice then play my Ric bass, it hasn't influenced my bass choices though.

I enjoy this forum for its civility, humor and depth of knowledge. There is absolutely no excuse for the language and insults in Christian's last posting. Hopefully it will be his last posting.

I was enjoying the irony of a guy demanding accurate Beatles gear info from a group of apparently clueless Beatles nerds and f*cking dolts.

Alan: Irony aside, this is hardly a way to treat others. It surprised me, given that a book is on the horizon.

After seeing how Mr. Bryan conducts his Beatles research, I'm not sure I'd believe anything in his forthcoming book. Besides, he doesn't show much respect for his potential target customers.

What will the book be called, I wonder?

May I suggest a title:

You've sorta taken us to the other extreme rather quickly.

I have to catch my breath here.

I have no idea what happened here, and maybe i'm lucky, but i think it's an interesting idea for a book (but i don't even dare imagine how much time and effort it should take to collect the actual, correct, and authentic info!), and nicknames as well... "Big Mac" instead of "Macca" is priceless - IMHO

After reading this entire thread I need to catch my breath too, whew!!
