Well, My 5 strings neck is hardly bigger then my 4 strings dean. The strings are tight... which is good and bad. Cant play it because i cant get my fingers between the strings so easily. But... Its good for just finger or pick. I rarely play it tho. I wouldn't be to worried about it with a 5 string. 6 or 7 or anything above that and I would be.
