Or you would think that a buyer paying $10,000 wouldn't care or notice an additional half of one percent for shipping.

It's amazing what will happen with the passage of time.
At least they are cognizant of the economic realities and have adjusted their pricing accordingly.
It's a nice bass. That's for sure. I don't know if its $8,000.00 nice, though.

This is definitely one of my dream basses and one of the inspirations i had when refinishing my 4003 (well the 68 and Macca's 4001S). The tag is a bit steep though
