You guy's are ruthless! Jake, is it a driver issue? Or won't the scanner respond? Got the right cable and port assigned?

Yes, John A, it is a driver issue. With dial-up, it'll take forever to install what I need, so I'm taking it (back) to the computer repair shop tomorrow.

Jake, since this upload, scan, computer process is problematic, I have a suggestion. Just get in a car, or bus, and drive to everyone's house who wants to see it and personally show it to them. It also will probably take less time.
