Electro Harmonix "Black Finger"

I know there has been some talk about what compressors to use to get that McGuinn sound, but I can't find any threads. I have been wondering if anybody has tried the Electro Harmonix "Black Finger" tube compressor. Nobody in my area has one in stock to try out.

Well, the Janglebox is designed to emulate, and even better, the sound of McGuinn's 370/12RM onboard unit. I do not have mine yet but I am getting one soon. Is it good? Well, McGuinn now uses it...so that is a good endorsement.
