Based on this limited number of tour dates, I am wondering if Mike Pender will be moving on to ventures that are more like "Rockin and a Reelin".
Has anyone seen MIKE PENDER'S SEARCHERS perform lately? Please give us a review of the show.

I have recently learned that MPS has a number of gig dates lined up for the 2003 season, if not before. I am promised some information regarding the venues and will post it here the moment it arrives. Once again, if you have seen MIKE PENDER'S SEARCHERS recently, please do drop us a line and tell us what you think.

I have noticed a continued reduction in the number of concerts provided by MIKE PENDERS SEARCHERS in 2002 and into 2003. It would seem that Mike Pender has left his group behind, for all practical purposes, until ReelinandaRockin' 2003 has finished.

While Mike has indicated that he plans to get any many gigs in with MPS as he can, even a casual reading between the lines would indicate the his days with the group would seem to be numbered. Perhaps Roger Askey could give us any additional information that he might have in this respect. I may be way off base here, however, it would seem that Mike is moving in a new direction. Roger, Mike, Kevin?
