Correct neck bow for 360/12?

Post by rockettone »

I got my 360/12 yesterday and after I tuned it, it seemed the neck had more of a bow than it should(more than my 330 ever had at least). Anyway, what should the bow of the neck be? And, what is the best way to measure? I have used the meathod where you capo on the 12th fret and measure with feeler guages.
Thanks, Josh

This is a re-ocurring question with EXACTLY the same answer.

I have posted numerous times on "HOW TO SET UP GUITARS/BASSES"

Just check the search box to the left .

The capo , thing is the way to go .
I set all necks with the least amount of relief that can be had .

If you really are having troubles with this .... Purchase my REH/Warner Brother video -"Guitar Care and Maintenance" I walk you through this using a Strat , a les Paul , an acoustic and a classical .
So you too want yours "ALAPWOB"?!?!
