Another Rickenbacker tune, please help

I just uploaded another tune to my soundclick site featuring my CW Rick 12 string. I do this for my own entertainment and I do not play professionally. I had a great deal of trouble mixing this song and could not achieve the same quality of my last tune. Input or suggestions are appreciated. There is also a Gretsch Country Classic in the recording.

Hey J -

Just noticed that we read the same three boards...

I really like the backing track - it has it in spades!

I think you could work on the vocal and the mic if the vocal into the song.

BTW, it would also appear that we share many guitar flavors in common: I have two RIC 12's (a 360/12v64 and a 370/12) and four Gretsches.
