I wonder when Mr. Hall decided to advertise in Playboy?

That wasn't an advertisement, it was a centerfold of the late Star Stowe. At the time (about 1975) she was a "close personal friend" of Gene Simmons and I believe she did a photo shoot with KISS. That may explain posing with a guitar. Unfortunately, she was murdered about 5 years ago.

It appears they've got it plugged into the Ric-O-Sound jack. I wonder what kind of amps... oh never mind, I bet that's not even a stereo cable.
