I received my 360-12 FG back from the factory today. I had sent it in recently for warranty work to fix a finish problem on the back of the neck and correct a string spacing issue (see my posting below).
I wish to report that they did a fantastic job on all the repairs. I extend my compliments to Rickenbacker for their outstanding customer service and repair work. They honored their warranty with no hesitation, were great to work with, and returned my guitar promptly as promised. Very impressive.
