Shipped guitars list

Post by dc67 »

Is it just me or do the lists of recently shipped guitars on the Rickenbacker site suddenly look longer?

I think it is a glitch, many look to be duplicated.

It's not a glitch. We added some additional days to the list to allow for transportation time since we also enabled international shipments to be seen as well.

If you see the items listed more than once for a given dealer, it's because they had multiple shipments. Seeing it this way gives you a better idea of what's available.

Dan, click on a model on the RIC website, say a 360/12, and near the bottom right of the opening page there is a line, effectively, saying how many of these particular models have recently shipped in North America. Just click on the link.

The international info is of absolutely no value as everything is long pre-sold and only the distributor actually knows to which store the guitar is being shipped. But some overseas folks were seriously whinging about it on our forum, so now they have exactly what they asked for.

Thank you John, it has been most appreciated, at least it allows customers looking for a specific model to contact their local distributor to see which shops the products have gone to.

Where do I find this list? Maybe I'm blind but I don't see it on their site.

Phlemmy, go to the site, click the 'models' tab, scroll down and pick out a particular model you want to check on. Once you click on the model, look just below the initial description of it and there is a link to its most recent shipments.

I like the links to the schematics and parts list for each particular model. Excellent idea! Image

I must be either thick or blind, I have searched the RIC site, where is the "shipped guitars" list?

It's on each model page.
