John: All favourable advertisements for Rickenbacker are graciously received.
Life, as with music, often requires one to let go of the melody and listen to the rhythm

Resumes submitted without salary history will be ignored
Interesting, that. No prospective employer here would expect an applicant to divulge that information. I'm thinking the response might be something like "None of your bloody business, buddy! Now do I get the job or not??" I fact, applicants would have every right to be outraged and could report them to the appropriate body.
Employment history certainly... If the prospective employer wants to call the previous employers and ask for that information, he may get it, but I very much doubt it, because of our privacy laws.
My, how things differ between countries!
I'd apply but for a few things, John:
1. They'd never let me stay permanently (epecially if they read some of my posts here!)
2. I'd have to get a green card and I don't like green.
3. It would cost me too much to move all my Rickenbackers and amps over there.
4. You'd probably sack me for falling asleep at my desk (not because the job would be boring - far from it, but I'm getting a bit old and doddery!)
5. I'd probably suffer a heart attack with all the eye candy over there - and the beautiful guitars too!!
Good luck to all who apply............

A new guitar per month? Please find enclosed my application and resume...I could relocate, my brother lives in Orange County and my sister's the Head of the Women's Studies Department at UC Irvine.
Besides, I have (relatively) recent Customer Service experience. Who boastin' now, mofo's?

I didn't get where I am today by being on time...
