The logical bass for next year...

Post by marc61 »

We've seen the 4000,4001,4002,4003,4004,4005...next year, we'll have the 4006 to commemorate 2006 being the 75th anniversary, then followed in 2007 by the 4007 to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the bass!

Go ahead guys.... name the features of these fine instruments...

How about a deluxe model (binding and triangles) laid out like a 4003 but built like a 4004 with minimal body routing and no surround or pickguard.

I'd love that. Especially if they used superior grained woods. Natural and bursts only...

If RIC had a custom shop, that's exactly what I would want in a 5 string That sounds like my idea for a 4004Cii5 shaped like a 4003 to accept binding (checkered) and have triangle fretboard inlays.

I personally wouldn't care for that shape for a bass guitar.

Dam Jeff, the 2030 looked great.

Could you do that and convert it to a five banger?
