Please welcome Bob to the "Sweating The Details" topic.
Life, as with music, often requires one to let go of the melody and listen to the rhythm

Bob,

I also look forward to reading your keen insight on all things Rickenbacker. Three of my Rickenbackers are from the time period allotted to you to discuss. So I will be very interested to follow discussions held in this section of the forum about my favorite guitars.

Cool! A new Rick discussion page. Since my 4003 is an obvious post 1980 guitar, this is the perfect page for me.

Welcome Bob. All my gtrs are from this period, so I'll be a regular reader.
'Rickenbacker'...what a name! After all these years, it still thrills me.

This will be a lot of fun. I may request that you send me your guitars, from time to time, for very careful evaluation. Don't worry- I will return them just as soon as every detail and nuance is carefully recorded.
