I can see that this is a scam or possible scamola. The picture looks pretty familiar. I have been on the lookout for a blue rick in various shades for a while now and this picture has been on a previous auction

Hilarious--many of the items he bought were from people in China with 12 or 13 feedback scores, who are no longer registered. One purchase was yesterday, and the seller has already vanished. We're talking $5.00 watches and $3.00 leather belts...

I guess it takes eBay a dozen transactions to cancel an account.
