Toasters & Pickup Heights

Can you guys chime in on general pickup heights for toasters (on a 360) or direct me to a thread? Thanks.

You should adjust them to taste, higher for more gain and fullness, lower for thinner, more jangly tone.

if your strings hit the pickups then the pickups are too high ...
