Yes certainly sad, seen him in Concert many times, he even gave my wife a kiss once,here is a song he wrote for The Crystals, that was He's A Rebel, this is his own fairly rare version though.

Yes, too bad, I've always liked him. He lived near here and played the casinos every so often, I saw him about 5 years ago and he looked and sounded great. He still lived in CT.
