How much is a good price to pay for a 325?

Hi all,
how much is a good price to pay for a 325/v59 or 325v63 new? And used (reissue of course)?
Do you have any advice for best places where to look for them new and used?

Go to Gbase.com and search for a your Rick.
Without knowing your location, that would be my best guess. There are about ten or twelve on there as of today 1/02/01. Also I've heard that there is a music store in Wichita, kansas(USA) that has 325's for $1199. The best new price around. Get 'em now, they're not makin' them anymore!
Rhoads Music has two custom colored ones!!!!!!
You can score a used one for $900 to $1200 easy.

the problem is that I live in Italy and here the italian distributor of Rickenbacker don't import 325 or 350 if not on request (so you cannot try it before) and italian price list (a 20-25% discount I think should be however possible) is the equivalent of nearly $3,000! It's a bit too much I think!

I am considering buying a new 325v59 in jetglo for about 1600 here in boston. i tried it and very much liked the action but have not heard it through an amp yet. that is the next step.

Raul, hopefully it's not too late in terms of finding one in stock somewhere, but I live in Germany and ordered my 325V63 through music123.com, for just over $1200. I don't normally like ordering a guitar that expensive without being able to see it/touch it/play it first, but the mere fact that they had one in stock sold me over (rather than waiting to have one special ordered; I'm an impatient son-of-a-gun). As it turns out, the guitar arrived here in perfect condition, and reasonably well set-up (just a very minor fret buzz on one of the strings, not audible at normal amplified volumes). I love the guitar and the way it plays, especially through my new Vox AC30 on the bright channel, so if you can get your hands on one at a decent price, go for it. Of course, what constitutes a "decent price" may be up for debate now, since Ric is no longer producing the 325V59 or V63.

So, I finally got around to picking mine up at Guitar Center in Boston for $1180. I love playing it, but the intonation needs some work.
