Welcome David. Thanks for sharing your band information. How did you decide on the name?

Congratuations on your 4001C64 and welcome to The Rickenbacker Forum.

You might post a link to an mp3 of the band once you record something with your new Rickenbacker bass.

Beautiful C64, and Hofner, too. What a nice collection. Congrats on your new purchase and welcome to the forum!

David: You have written an interesting post, but it is exceedingly difficult to read as you have not used any capitals in your text. You may view this as a personal style, but most readers have learned to read with proper captialization and as such may, like myself, skip over your hard work. Just my two cents, but this has come up before.

This sentence stood out for me as it uses the conventional captial letter at the beginning of the sentence.
NOW i can say i've never been happier, with my two bass guitars, but the effect is minimized by the captial OW.

Don't strip it...yet. You have to do a sloppy paintjob on it first.
