New 620 bbr case with bent latches

Post by clearblue »

The guitar seemed okay as I could not find any signs of damage thus far. For a sanity check I looked at the latches on my 330 case so I'm really not losing my mind. It arrived from the east coast so I'm wondering if I should contact the place where I made the purchase or Rickenbacker customer service. There was no noticable damage on the shipping box.

The bridge is a little high on the low E side and the switch is a little scratchy when switching pickups with the amp on and static when touching the strings near the pickups. I don't recall my 330 doing that...

I would first call the dealer you bought it from.

Thanks. I'm sure it will not be a problem to exchange it.
