That's red, actually. These Red/BT always seem to go for real cheap.

Maybe Alisha will grab it? She's in the area.

I'm hoping a Forumite will get it, that's a great price!

Yeah, bu the seller is asking for a $1000 Paypal deposit before pickup. He said within 48 hours actually so perhaps if you pick it up before that time he won't ask for that.

I've sent him a PM. The grand deposit is a little unsettling. If I can work it out, I may snag this...

I'm willing to help. Contact the seller and ask where the bass is located. I'm in Interbay/Queen Anne are so I'm 5 minutes from the downtown area.
I'm not getting it since I'm not in the market to get another bass.

My mom and brothers live in Seattle. They said they'd help if I got it squared away with the seller, but thanks for the offer fellow Rickenbrother.

I found the deposit a bit odd. 48 before auction ends. The BIN is only $700.

I got an e-mail from the guy and he lives in South Seattle. As for the deposit, he stated it was a fluke and just paying via paypal will guarantee the bass. However, there is no original case, "she comes with a decent/functional semi-hardshell case"

Not me. I reconsidered the 'buzzing' issue and balked. I may just be patient until the 75th.

I guess they technically got it fair and square. But it still burns my biscuits. If I had skipped the courtesy of posting here and emailing Edgar before hitting the BIN (which I thought would be rude) I could have had it. It's true, nice guys finish last.

it wasn't me. I didn't realize this thread was here until after I posted on the for sale page.
