Those of you who are familiar w/ singer/songwriter Andrew Gold's Byrds tribute band, BYRDS OF A FEATHER will be pleased to know they've returned and are playing their first gig August 14th at THE MINT in Los Angeles.
The occasion is the release party for the BUFFALO SPRINGFIELD tribute CD. Since there are numerous bands onstage that night, each will do only 3 or 4 songs, including BOAF, who I'm told, will be playing the latter part of the evening, doing 2 BUFFALO songs and 2 BYRDS songs.

Tonight's the night for BYRDS OF A FEATHER at THE MINT here in L.A. I'm told they're scheduled for a 9:30 or 10 appearance, doing 4 songs. I'm also told there'll be more (though rare) appearances. It's for a BUFFALO SPRINGFIELD tribute release party, tickets only $10!! It should be packed. Keep watching the skies...
