DR Highbeams

Can someone tell me if Highbeams are "taper wound" at the ball end ??

I've got Lo-Riders on mine, and they're not taperwound. The "Long Neck" set is taperwound, and work great on 4001/4003's!

Im really liking them on my CII. Sounds like a completely different bass. Im gonna get a set for my V63. I had no idea that DR made so many different sets.
