M-9 info

I just picked up a 1959 M-9 and can't seem to find out anything about them. It has a 12 inch Jensen, 2 vol, Off/tone,and 4 inputs. Strange layout ,just small disc caps. It sounds great and breaks up nicely. ANY INFO WOULD BE VERY HELPFUL. Thanks, Ed
