According to David Axt's article:
4005WB or 4005OS
This bass is the double-bound version of the 4005 model. Originally this model was called 4005 OS.
Features: Hollow double bound double cut away body similar to model 360 guitar, R tailpiece. Available only in Fireglo and Mapleglo finishes.
1966 - Introduced
1984 - Discontinued
I was told that that sixties models are designated OS while while the 70's and 80's designated WB. Not sure how valid this is information may be.
Of course, we now know that these models appeared in more than 2 finishes. There is Jetglo and Burgandyglo.
