Yes, I listened to Rubber Soul While driving in today and was struck by the heavy use of strats.

I know they mock it for the video, but George is playing Rocky on IATW. I know when I try to do it at home, it sounds better on a Strat to my ear.

Which may not be saying much ;-)

George used his Rocky strat on the solo of 'All you need is love'.

I can't tell what session it is, but John is shown with his a few times during the Sgt Pepper sessions.

There also are a lot of strats on "Revolver" most notably on "And your bird can sing"

John or George on Stratocaster:
probably:
I'm down,
Dizzy Miss Lizzy,
Bad Boy,
Day Tripper,
It's only love,
If you got trouble,
Help!

Flying (?)

Wolfgang, I think the only one I'd definitely agree with you is "It's Only Love". I agree that perhaps "If You've Got Trouble" & "Flying" are possibilities.

But I think "Dizzy Miss Lizzy", "Bad Boy", "I'm Down" and "Help" are all too early for the Strats to be on the scene (they only got them at Rubber Soul time). On all of these songs. my money is on the Tennessean, especially the riff in "Help!". On "Daytripper" it seems there's a lot of difference of opinion between the Tennessean and the Casino. My bet is it's the Tenny doubled on the main riff, and the Casino on the middle 8 solo.

In the end, who knows? Fun to speculate, but hard to tell.

And You're Bird Can Sing sounds like a Casino to me, too.
