360/12 Auction Listing

Post by krick »

I was amazed at all of the information the seller included in this listing. I printed it and there are 31 pages of text and pictures.

I think he found every bit of Rickenbacker information on the internet and copied it into his auction. He must be trying to convince somebody a 360-12 is worth $2500. Nice wood grain, though.

Good grief!

Maybe a job or a girlfriend would help.

At least it's better that the one liners.
I'm just happy to be here.

So what's rare about Mapleglo, and what's vintage about the case?

Here is a better pic of it (you gotta have a monitor the size of a house to see it though) Image

This guy just seems to have taken elements of other people's listings (including the authorship of Mr. Tambourine Man) and combined them with the article on Wikipedia and the info on the RIC site.

Notice he add 660 to the listing in case a 660 buyer might change his mind.
Got to start with one make it a 360/12.
