Yay-ness for bring the Ric

So I went to help out this friend of my drummer the other day. My drummer is recording him. Acoustic Christian songs. A Jesus thing which im normally not into but if its a chance to play I take it. Glad I did because I had alot of fun playing with this guy. Nice singer and guitarist.

Anyohwho, So I took the Jazz and Flower P and was questioning taking the fretless and what not. But the guy was gonna be playing with a kapo (sp) and Iv never done that much, plus not knowing the songs. I was scared me notation would be off. I wasn't gonna bring the ric cause i didn't figure Id use anyhting but a Pbass on this stuff. But I took it and changed the settings to help get rid of that growl I normally crave. I played that and the Pbass for him and he said he liked the Ric alot better. So I was all happy. The rics alot more fun to play then the P-bass.

So yeah, I may put up some of the tracks on my space soon. Theres not much i dig up there now and most of it is just nonsesnse. But yeah its www.myspace.com/bassicallyjakeo. Ill tell ya when the new better stuff is up.

I go back today to finish up the other half.
