Steve, in Canada I went to clubbass.ca and got prices, very reasonable. I have recently aquired a new SA450...and it sounds amazing with my 4003.
I have a 104hf cabinet on order as well.

If you are in the USA you can go to the Guitar Center website and find the closest store to you and call them. Only select G.C.'s are carrying Markbass but they will ship to any location. I got my LittleMark 2 for $599 + shipping, and that comes with a free two year performance guarantee. And I believe you also get a thirty day try out period.

guitar center is the only us distributor-and it isn't carried in all the stores-i bought the 12" mini-combo to replace my mesa walkabout-shipped directly to me. the markbass weighs 29 lbs,and is perfect for my needs...i wish i could find a cover for it,though...the best thing about it is that every bass you plug into it sounds unique-the mesa had a great sound, but i felt like my rick tended to sound like my tele bass,danelectro,etc....the markbass really is good at projecting the actual sound of the instrument you plug into it....oh and the combo was $799 including a 2 year warranty..

thanks, guys! i went to the website, they didn't appear to have any markbass options...so i emailed them to see about a custom cover. the markbass combo is really well made, but it is so lightweight that i tkink a padded cover would be a good investment.

I have had many covers custom made for me over the years by Gary. Great stuff.

Padded cordura, a very nice cover. tough and rip resistant. I got one on my Ampeg 410 and had one for my Ampeg B200R.
