That peghead before and after would make a good front and back t-shirt!

Gee, go to Chicago for a week, and when you get back everyone wonders where you've been Image Image

No, I did not find any great Rickenbacker bargains there, but I did get onto the correct one of the four Wacker Drives, headed in the correct direction downtown, first try Image Not everyone can say that! Probably because it was a rented van, and the other drivers knew that I had no fear and nothing to lose...

Congrats again, Cole! It was really suspenseful having to watch your whole auction via a little PDA-handheld, barely a step above a cell phone, and not being able to get directly to my email account to email you!

Peter, if I had not already exchanged a couple of emails with you earlier this morning, I would worry at what my wife would think if you had started this thread earlier and she had read it while I was gone! It is likely I would have been met in force with a frying pan, instead of the hugs and kisses when I got home yesterday Image

And no, I don't mean a 1930s Rick steel frying pan either Image
Do unto others as you would have them do unto you, and sit in with the band whenever you can, to keep your chops up!

"Frying pan hit me
right square in the face!

My baby went bump,
Up the side of my head."

I won that record (mine was a 78) in a 1958 church raffle....

Hi Elys!
Good, that your wife does not read the forum too often. She might realize where the family's money goes!!! Image
Sorry, did not want to risk your head being knocked by a frying pan or a noodle wood, as we do over here in Germany.
Anyway, we are happy to see you over here in near future.
