I want a Ric 350?
To be more exact I want a Ric 350/12 V63 Liverpool model. But that is the long name. I want one in Jetglo. Does anyone know of any dealer that has one of these in stock?
I ordered my only other Ric, a 360 in Monty from Gary at Northcoast and he did a such a fine setup on it that I haven't touched a thing on it. But I would like to change having the year long wait.
Didn't there used to be a used Ric for sale listings on here too? Was it discontinued for some reason? I'm sure I remember seeing one.
Should I ask this in some other of the forums on here?
Thanks all.

There was one on Ebay yesterday that didn't sell maybe you could contact the seller:

Qmoder, the 350/12v63 is great choice for electric 12-string. You'll note that the neck is quite slim both in width and in profile so if you have large hands it may not be the most comfortable for you. I would venture to assume that the vast majority of 350s are made in Jetglo so you should have no trouble getting one.
$1500 is a fair price for barely-used one.

Can anyone comment on the tendency for "headstock dive?" That seems like a lot of tuners for such a small body size. They are vintage, however, there may be a top heavy feeling.
Life, as with music, often requires one to let go of the melody and listen to the rhythm

Thanks Gary. Perhaps there was a way in the past that we stayed permanently logged in. I seem to remember that it (the for sale) was always up when I came onto the Ric forum.
Thanks Mitch I will take a look and see if any thing is still up so that I can contact that seller.
Rumbush, actually I have played one before. Odd as it may seem. There is a local bass player here who owns one in Fireglo along with a six in Fireglo. I played both of his before I bought my 360/6 to see if I could handle the neck.
I played my Ric almost exclusively at home until I got the hang of it. Now its a real easy to go to guitar and play anything anywhere.
Peter , I had never thought about the neck heavy thing at all. This may sound kinda weird but I own several cheap twelves. The fella who plays rymthm with me actually plays them more than I do. But I would most postively use this one for recording as well.
Nothing like the sound of a Ric 12, especially for recording. I suppose if it was too neck heavy the tuner pegheads could be changed out for the light perloid ones available at Stewmac on line.
I have a couple of other Beatle style guitars that I use from to time and the look of those is almost irristable to me.
Like Nick I would appreciate any comparisons between the sound of the 350/12 and the other Ric 12's. Since I have only actually played the 350/12 I honestly don't know how it would compare to the other Ric 12's in tone. I take that back I have played a 325/12 as he had one of those before the 350's. He couldn't play the little 325's and neither could I.
I really have a thing for the Ric 3 toaster pickup Ric 12's too. So the only other one I have really considered is the 370/12.
If I had to order and wait which I would prefer not to do I probably would use Gary at Northcoast again. He sets up his guitars before sending them out. I have not had to touch the set up on my Ric 360 at all since I got it two years ago.
I ordered a Duo Jet from him too. I got it really fast. I have touched the set up on it a little after having it for a while but not much.

Thanks Bill I'll check that out right now. Maybe I Might get lucky and find a good one for a good price.
When I checked the one above he had only sold three items on Ebay and had nothing up currently for sale to contact him on. Perhaps this next one will work out or the above one that didn't sell will be relisted.

I checked Bill but your post said deleted as already listed. I looked up and down again but I saw no 350/12 in Jetglo listed. Too bad Gene's is not a Jetglo. I know he's a good guy that probably takes good care of his guitars.
Well back to the drawing board.
Is there any Ric dealers that any one can recommend that might have one?

Shucks, thanks Dan, I assume that I'm the one you are talking about! I do know that when I was looking for my 350 that I found a lot of jetglo models out there available. What about Guitarbase? I saw this thread the other day and looked out on Mike Parks site but no dice there, either... I'd keep my eye on Pick of the Ricks and Parks and maybe a few others. Sometimes Parks gets used Ricks so watch is "Incoming" section, and call him the MINUTE you see anything listed there you might want...
