Bad Bettie Page

Post by dale_fortune »

This is a project I took on for a Great Guy from NYC. Bad Bettie was a pin up girl from the 50's that caused quite a scene back then. Now she will be immortalized on the back and front on Russ's old Gretsch. This is 50's Rock&Roll as good as it gets.....

Ok, another member of the night owl club checking in.

Dale, that baby is cool as it gets. Art and craftsmanship. Looks like the neck is just taped off, but at first I thought, wow, I love the blue fretboard! On the back, I would have hung the "Betty" wreath a little lower. In the name of art of course.

Brian, isn't that a picture of a young Brian, Junior High perhaps, on the front of the guitar?

Yep, always a night person. I usually can't stay up too late because of work but I'm on vacation this week so I can indulge. Good times, good times....

I don't know what you are talkin' about Gary?!?!?! Image
