Tube tech in SolCal / Hollywood area

Anyone know of a good tube tech in the SoCal / Hollywood area who could look at an Ampeg B-25, not mine but a friends, it's being squirly and the owner has no ability to do even basic diagnostics.

In the SF Valley, we have the amp shop. Good folks, and they took the bass exchange name and have some top end basses in there as well. It's Woodman and Ventura Blvd. IIRC

They used to be right behind Norm's when he was on Tampa. They both moved to Ventura Blvd., just further apart now.
