Howdy neighbor! Best wishes and many more to come!

Seems this lovely neighbor to our North is the perennial "Miss Personality" on the world stage. We are lucky to have such a wonderful neighbor.

Thanks for our good looking Governor Jennifer!
I'm just happy to be here.

Gary,

The Governor of your State was born in Vancouver BC. That's a city that is about 4.5 hours from where I live.

Small world isn't it?

Thanks Richard and all! Right back at you for July 4th.

Well, that leaves me a few options, Howard.

I salute you, oh profound Beacon of Freedom to the North!

(That's beacon, not bacon...you guys featured heavily in a movie I saw in a theater yesterday about the U.S. health care system. I dare not reveal it's title for fear of politicizing this lovely thread, but I will tell you that you Canadians came off looking good. Real good. Again.)
I didn't get where I am today by being on time...

Funny you should say that... the other day I dropped off my sister at her friends house, and then me and my girlfriend were gonna head back home. WE drive into the driveway, and my sisters friend is standing there as my sister gets out and I get into the drivers seat. she looks at me, looks at my girlfriend and goes

"Don't do anything I wouldn't do now..."

to which I coldly replied...

"what, you mean read?"

then drove off... it was funny in a mean way, and I'd do it all over again! great tangeant!

Happy canada day to all the other Canucks on the board!
