Actually it's a commercial from the Norwegian Government to show kids that an engineering job CAN be fun.

It's not from the government, HYDRO is one of Norway's largest companies. They're big in oil, aluminium, chemical industry, and started as one of the first companies in the world to produce hydrogen from water via electrolysis. They got internationally known as a producer of artificial fertilizer...
